Hanna Zebdi was born on July 8, 2002. She trains at GMS in Virginia. She will graduate from high school in 2020.

Hanna began her competitive career with Apex gymnastics. She finished eleventh all-around at the 2012 State Championships as a level five. She competed level six in 2013, finishing in the top fifteen at the State Championships. With her new gym, Hanna competed level seven in 2014. She finished second on bars and eleventh all-around at the State Championships. In 2015, she won bars, beam and the all-around at the Caribbean Fest Invitational. She finished second all-around at the Excalibur Cup and third all-around at the Flip For The Fight meet. She finished tenth all-around at the State Championships. Hanna competed level eight in 2016. She placed second all-around at the Maryland Classic. She won floor and the all-around at the Sand Dollar Invitational. She placed second all-around at the Excalibur Cup. She won all five gold medals at the Caribbean Fest Invitational. She placed first on bars and third all-around at the State Championships. She finished 15th all-around at Regionals.

Hanna competed level nine in 2017. She won vault and the all-around at the Ozone Invitational. She won the all-around at the Sportsplex Team Classic. She placed first on vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the Caribbean Fest Invitational. She finished eleventh all-around at the State Championships. She qualified for Regionals. In 2018, Hanna finished third on floor at the Maryland Classic. She won vault and the all-around at the Buckeye Classic. She won bars and the all-around at the Excalibur Cup. She placed third all-around at the KPAC Cup. She finished fifth all-around at the State Championships. She placed fourth on vault at Regionals.

Hanna started the 2018-2019 season as a level nine. She won vault, bars and the all-around at the Christmas on the Chesapeake meet. She then moved up to level ten. She placed third on floor at the Manhattan Classic. She finished first on floor and third all-around at the Magical Classic. She placed second on floor at the Shamrock Invitational. She finished in the top fifteen at the State Championships.
