Victoria Ware was born on May 2, 2005. She trains at John's Academy of Gymnastics in Connecticut. She will graduate from high school in 2023.

Victoria began competing level four in 2014. She finished in the top fifteen at the State Championships. She competed level five in 2015. As a level six in 2016, Victoria finished fourth on beam at the State Championships. At the YMCA State Championships, she won vault, floor and the all-around. She moved up to level seven in 2017. She finished second on beam at the State Championships. At the YMCA Northeast Regionals, Victoria placed first on bar, first on beam, second on floor and second all-around. She placed second on beam and fourth all-around at YMCA Nationals. Victoria competed level eight in 2018. She finished third on vault and fifth all-around at the YMCA State Championships. She finished first on beam and fourth all-around at the YMCA Northeast Regionals. She concluded her season at YMCA Nationals. During the 2018-2019 season, Victoria finished first on beam at the New England Invitational. She placed second on beam at the Little Boston Invitational and third on beam at the Manhattan Classic. She finished second on floor and seventh all-around at the State Championships. She won floor and the all-around at the YMCA Northeast Regionals. Victoria moved up to level nine for the 2020 season. She placed fourth all-around at the Chelsea Piers Winter Challenge. She won beam at the Team Challenge. The season was cut short due to COVID. She won beam at the 2021 Level 9 State Championships. In 2022, she won beam at the Presidential Classic and Heartland Spring Classic. She placed second on bars and beam at Regionals.
