Elyssa Seabolt was born on May 5, 2005. She trains at Bull Run in Virginia. She will graduate from high school in 2023.

Elyssa began competing as a level three during the fall 2013 season with Bay City Gymnastics. She later moved to Arizona where she competed level four with Flames. She finished third all-around at the State Championships. Elyssa began competing as an optional in 2017 as a level seven. She won beam at the State Championships and placed in the top ten at Regionals. Elyssa competed level eight in 2018 with Classics Gymnastics Center in Virginia. She moved to Apollo for the 2019 season. She won beam at the State and Regional Championships.

Elyssa competed level nine in 2020. She finished third all-around at the Apollo Invitational and Pink Invitational. She competed with GMS in 2021. She placed second all-around at the State Championships. She placed fifth all-around at Regionals. At Easterns, she placed ninth all-around. Elyssa moved up to level ten in 2022 with Bull Run Gymnastics. She won the Sweetheart Invitational. She finished in the top fifteen at the State Championships.
