Bella Salcedo was born on February 14, 2003. She trains at Texas Dreams. She will graduate from high school in 2021.

In the fall of 2010, Bella competed level four with Texas Academy. She competed level five in the spring of 2012 with Capital in Virginia. She finished sixth all-around at the State Championships. As a level six in 2013, Bella swept the gold medals at the State Championships. Bella began training at Texas Dreams for the 2014 season. As a level eight, she placed second all-around at the WOGA Classic. She placed third all-around at the Classic Rock Invitational. She finished in the top fifteen at the State Championships. She own floor at Regionals. Bella competed level nine in 2015. She placed third all-around at the Texas Prime meet, Chows Challenge and AOGC Invitational. She placed second all-around at the WOGA Classic. At the Rose City Classic, she won vault, beam and the all-around. Bella placed second on vault, first on beam and sixth all-around at the State Championships. She competed on three events at Regionals.

Bella moved up to level ten in 2016. She placed second on beam and floor at the Texas Prime meet. She won beam and floor at the Chows Challenge. Bella placed first on beam at the Gliders Invitational. At the State Championships, she placed second on beam, first on floor and third all-around. She competed at Regionals. In 2017, Bella placed third all-around at the Texas Prime meet. Bella placed fourth all-around at the Pikes Peak Cup. She placed second on vault and floor at the WOGA Classic. She finished second all-around at the Houston National Invitational. At the State Championships, she placed fourth on vault and floor. She finished third on floor at Regionals. Bella finished 21st all-around and tenth on floor at JO Nationals.

In 2018, Bella started her season by winning vault, floor and the all-around at the Friends of Achievers meet. She won vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the Texas Prime meet, qualifying for the Nastia Liukin Cup. At the Brestyans Las Vegas meet, she won all five gold medals. She again won all five gold medals at the WOGA Classic. At the Nastia Liukin Cup, she finished first on vault, fourth on floor and seventh all-around. Bella finished first on vault and second all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished first on bars and the all-around. Bella placed second on beam, eighth on floor and fifth all-around at JO Nationals.
