Jane Riehs was born on November 14, 2002. She trained at American Institute of Gymnastics through the spring of 2010 season when she moved to IGI. She will graduate from high school in 2021.

Jane finished fifth all-around at the 2010 State Championships as a level five. She mobilized out of level six and competed level seven in 2011. She finished in the top three at the Twistars Invitational, Sand Dollar Invitational and Classic Rock Invitational. Jane placed fifth all-around at the State Championships with a 38.050. Jane began imputing level eight in 2012. She won beam, floor and the all-around at the Twistars Invitational. She competed at the State and Regional Championships. In 2013, Jane won the all-around at the Circle of Stars meet, Tampa Bay Turners Invitational and IGI Chicago Style. She finished first on bars and second all-around at the State Championships. She finished in the top ten at Regionals.

After missing the 2014 season due to injury, Jane competed level nine in 2015. She won bars and the all-around at the Midwest Open. She won vault, bars and the all-around at the LGA Lucky Invite. Jane placed fourth all-around and second on bars at the State Championships. She finished in the top fifteen at Regionals. Jane moved up to level ten in 2016. She finished third all-around at the St. Jude Benefit meet. Jane missed most of the 2016 season due to a concussion but petitioned into Regionals where she placed in the top twenty. Jane did not compete in 2017. She then began competing for her high school only.
