Rachel Morris was born on September 28, 1999. She trains at Pearland Elite in Texas. She will graduate from high school in 2018.

Rachel began her competitive career in the fall of 2009 with Bill Austins gymnastics as a level four. She moved up to level five in 2010 with Houston Gymnastics Center. She finished in the top fifteen at the South State Championships. In 2011, she placed third on beam as a level six at both the South State and State Championships. Rachel competed level seven in 2013. She finished fourth all-around at the Svetlana Invitational and Houston National Invitational. She won bars, beam and the all-around at the Gasparilla Classic. She finished in the top fifteen at the State Championships. With Sugar Land Gymnastics in 2014, Rachel competed level eight. She did not compete in 2015.

Rachel began competing level nine during the 2015-2016 season with Pearland Elite. She won bars, beam, floor and the all-around at the Atlantis Crown Invitational. She finished first on beam at the Galveston Island Winter Beach Blast. She placed third on beam at the Texas Prime meet. She finished second on beam and first on floor at the Alamo Classic. Rachel placed second on floor at the WOGA Classic and second on beam at the Purple and Gold meet. She placed seventh all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished fourth on floor and eighth all-around. Rachel concluded her season at Westerns.

Rachel moved up to level ten in 2017. She finished fifth all-around at the Alamo Classic. She finished in the top fifteen at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals. In 2018, Rachel placed first on floor at the Yellow Rose Invitational. She finished in the top ten at the State Championships. She finished twelfth all-around at Regionals.
