Sophie Parquet was born on December 30, 1999. She trains at 10.0 Gymnastics Academy in Massachusetts. She will graduate from high school in 2018.

In 2008, Sophie competed level four. She placed second all-around at the State Championships. She moved up to level five in 2009. She won bars and floor at the FJC Invitational. She won all five gold medals at the Tim Daggett National Invitational. She placed first on bars and beam at the State Championships. She finished second all-around. Sophia competed level six in the fall of 2009. She finished third all-around at the Judges Cup. She placed second all-around at the Pilgrim Harvest Invitational. She competed level seven in December, winning vault, bars and the all-around at the 10.0 Candy Cane Classic. In 2010, Sophie finished first on bars and the all-around at the FJC New Years Invitational. She placed third all-around at the Kick Off Classic. She placed third on vault and beam at the State Championships. Sophie represented Massachusetts at the 2011 National Judges Cup. She placed third on floor.

Sophie competed level eight during the 2010-2011 season. She finished fourth all-around at the Pilgrim Harvest Invitational. She won bars and the all-around at the Holiday Invitational. At the IGI Chicago Style, she placed third all-around. Sophie finished third on bars at the Starlight Invitational. At the State Championships, she finished third on floor and fifth all-around.

Sophie began competing level nine in 2012. She finished second all-around and first on vault at the New Year's Invitational. She placed fourth on beam at the Gliders Invitational and third on beam at the Starlight Invitational. She placed second on vault and fifth all-around at the State Championships. She finished eighth all-around at Regionals. In 2013, Sophia finished first on bars and floor at the New year's Invitational. She placed second on beam at the Manhattan Classic. She placed second all-around at the WOGA Classic. At the Starlight Invitational, she finished second on bars. She won bars and placed sixth all-around at the State Championships. She qualified to Regionals but did not compete. She did not compete in 2014 or 2015.

Sophie returned to action as a level ten for the 2015-2016 season. She finished third on beam at the Myrtle Beach Cup. She placed third on bars at the Cape Cod New Years Classic. Sophie finished third on floor at the Tampa Bay Turners Invitational and third on beam at the Tim Daggett National Invitational. At the Hawaiian Luau, Sophie finished first on floor and second on beam. She finished eleventh all-around at the State Championships. Sophie placed second on floor and eighth all-around at Regionals. She was the alternate for JO Nationals.
