Kayla Pardue was born on September 16, 2003. She trains at TIGAR in Colorado. She will graduate from high school in 2022.

Kayla competed level four thru six with Denver School of Gymnastics. She finished in the top ten at the 2012 State Championships as a level four. Competing the new level four in 2013, Kayla won bars at the State Championships. She placed in the top twenty at the 2014 State Championships as a level five. Kayla competed level six in 2015. She finished in the top twenty at the State Championships.

With her new gym, Kayla competed level seven in 2016. She won bars and beam at the AGA Snowball Express. She won vault at the Snowcat Invitational. At the Denver Winterfest, she won bars, beam and the all-around. Kayla placed fifth all-around and second on bars at the State Championships. She finished in the top fifteen at Regionals. As a level eight in 2017, Kayla won vault, bars and the all-around at the Snowcat Invitational. She finished first on vault at the Airborne Winter Classic and first on bars at the Brestyans Las Vegas meet. At the Denver Winterfest, she finished third all-around. Kayla placed second all-around and first on vault at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won vault, bars and floor in addition to placing third all-around.

Kayla moved up to level nine in 2018. She won vault at the Coloradical Classic and Tampa Bay Turners Invitational. She won vault and the all-around at the Denver Winterfest. She won vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the Colorado Sky Invitational. She won vault, floor and the all-around at the March Madness Invitational. Kayla won floor and finished second all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed fourth on vault and seventh all-around. She finished third on vault and ninth all-around at Westerns.
