Amanda Grigas was born on July 2, 2000. Amanda trains at Dynamic Gymnastics in New York. She will graduate from high school in 2018.
In 2008, Amanda competed level four. She moved up to level five in 2006 and level six in 2010. As a level seven in 2011, Amanda finished fourth all-around at the Heartland Spring Classic. She competed level eight in 2012. She finished in the top twenty at the State Championships. Amanda moved up to level nine in 2013. She finished fourth all-around at the Star Struck Invitational. She finished in the top fifteen all-around at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals. In 2014, she finished in the top twenty at the State Championships. Amanda moved up to level ten in 2015. She only competed at the Manhattan Classic due to a back injury. In 2016, Amanda competed on two events at the Brestyan Invitational. As a level nine in 2017, Amanda placed fifth all-around at the Excalibur Cup. Amanda finished first all-around at the 2018 Manhattan Classic. She placed third all-around at the Chelsea Piers Winter Challenge. At the State Championships, she placed first on bars and fourth all-around. She finished second on bars and eleventh all-around at Regionals.
