Dymiana Cox was born on April 19, 2001. Dymiana currently trains at Parkettes in Pennsylvania. She will graduate from high school early in 2018.

In 2010, Dymiana competed level five with New Image Gymnastics Academy in New York. She finished first on bars and floor at the State Championships. She moved up to level six with Monmouth Gymnastics Academy in New Jersey in 2011. She placed first on bars and the all-around at the State Championships. A few weeks later she mobilized out of level seven at the Parkette Invitational. Dymiana moved up to level eight in 2012. She finished second all-around at the Star Struck Invitational and fourth all-around at the Parkette Invitational. She then moved to Ace Gymnastics in New Jersey. She won vault, beam and the all-around at the Super Stars Spectacular. She finished seventh all-around at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals.

Dymiana competed level nine in 2013 with Dynamic Gymnastics in New York. She finished third on floor at the Excalibur Cup. She placed tenth all-around at the State Championships. She finished first on vault and second all-around at Regionals. At Easterns, she placed fifth on vault. Dymiana moved to Parkettes in the fall. She moved up to level ten for the 2014 season. She placed third all-around at the Parkette Invitational. She finished fourth all-around at the California Classic. She won beam and placed fourth all-around at the State Championships. She finished tenth all-around at Regionals. She competed at the JO National Invitational Tournament. She returned to Dynamic in the summer of 2014. In 2015, Dymiana finished first on vault at the Brestyan Invitational. She won bars, beam, floor and the all-around at the Spirit of America meet. She finished fifth all-around and second on bars at the State Championships. She finished in the top fifteen at Regionals. In August, she won the Puerto Rico National Championships in the 13-15 age group. She was named to the Puerto Rican Junior Nation Team. She moved to Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy in February 2016. She won vault at the Queen City Classic. She placed sixth all-around at the State Championships. She finished tenth all-around at Regionals.

Dymiana returned to Parkettes for the 2016-2017 season. She placed third all-around at the Parkette Invitational and Brestyan Las Vegas meet. At the Pink Invitational, she finished fourth all-around. Dymiana again finished fourth all-around at the KPAC Cup. She placed first on beam, second on floor and second all-around at the State Championships. She finished fifth all-around at Regionals. Dymiana placed tenth on beam and eleventh all-around at JO Nationals. Dymiana started the 2017-2018 season by winning floor at the Christmas on the Chesapeake meet. She won bars and beam at the Maryland Classic. She finished third all-around at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. She won floor at the Parkette Invitational. She finished second on bars at the Pink Invitational. She won floor at the KPAC Cup. At the State Championships, she placed second on bars and the all-around. She finished second on beam and third on floor at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she finished seventh on floor.
