Charlette Busser was born on August 1, 2011. She trains at TNT in Wisconsin. She will graduate from high school in 2029.

Charlee began competing xcel bronze in 2020. She moved up to xcel silver in 2021 where she placed second all-around at the State and Regional Championships. She competed xcel gold in the spring of 2022 before transition to the developmental program. She mobilized out of level four and five in the fall. Charlee competed level seven in 2023 and 2024. She finished her season at the State Championships with 2nd on floor with a 9.800, 3rd 9.425 vault, 4th 9.225 beam, 3rd 37.275 all-around.

Charlee moved up to level eight in 2025. She won the all-around at the Wisconsin Dells Invite and Blugold Invite. At the State Championships, she placed fourth on floor, first on bars and second all-around. She placed fourth on bars and seventh all-around at Regionals.
