Ailee Sheehan was born on November 19, 2005. She trains at Ocean Tumblers in Virginia. She will graduate from high school in 2024.

Ailee began competing in 2014 as a level three. She won the all-around at the State Championships. As a level four in 2015, she placed first on bars, beam and the all-around at the State Championships. Ailee skipped level five and competed level six in 2016. She placed in the top three at seven invitationals. At the State Championships, she placed first on beam and fifth all-around. Ailee won the all-around at five invitationals as a level seven in 2017. She finished second on beam and fourth all-around at the State Championships. As a level eight in 2018, Ailee won bars, beam and floor at the State Championships where she also placed second all-around. Ailee finished in the top ten at Regionals.

Ailee moved up to level nine in 2019. She won the all-around at the Atlanta Crown Invitational. She finished fourth all-around at the Apollo Invitational. She placed third all-around at the Excalibur Cup and Shamrock Invitational. She finished first on bars and third all-around at the State Championships. She finished fifth all-around at Regionals. She finished 14th all-around at Easterns. During the 2020 COVID season, she placed first on bars at the Yuletide Invitational. She won bars and beam at the Nashville Nights meet. She won bars at the Pink Invitational. She won beam at the Shamrock Invitational. Allee competed on beam as a level ten at several invitationals in 2021. She continued competing as a beam specialist in 2022. She won beam at the Shamrock Invitational. She did not compete in 2023.
